The ‘explosive’ adventures of bootar.

It all started with the university deciding to make more money over the holidays and renting out our room to eager conference goers. This meant we all had to clear out our rooms over the holidays and that is what we did. However carrying a room worth of luggage on the train is no easy task and as it happens my friend struggled with this and ended up leaving one of his bags on a train platform. He only realised this mistake after about an hour in to his journey. Soon after he phoned me and asked me to go and pick it up. It is a long journey to walk to the station, so i decided to take the bus. As the buss was reaching my stop i could hear lots of police sirens. I thought they were in a car chase so i didn’t take much of it and got off the bus and started walking. However as i reached the station and saw the police evacuating the station i new exactly what was going on. i gradually made my way to the nearest police officer trying not to laugh told him ‘I am sorry about this, This might be a stupid question but does this have any thing to do with a black rucksack’. Him and all the other police men stopped and turned around and started questioning me. I had to explain to this its just a bag with a laptop and not a bomb. The police were surprisingly friendly, they opened the bag and saw nothing was in it and gave the bag to me. after asking a few more questions and contacting my friend they gave me a lift back to the uni. An officer told me if i hadn’t turned up they would of closed half of hte town down and blown up the bag.
